Anthony P. J. Valenti

Mr. Valenti is an associate attorney whose practice includes many areas of litigation including commercial and business litigation, professional liability and personal injury.

Professional History

Before joining the Ellis Law Group in 2016, Mr. Valenti practiced at the Sacramento-based law firm of Rushford & Bonotto, where his practice was centered around personal injury defense and real property litigation. Prior to that, Mr. Valenti served as in-house counsel for a prominent, Sacramento-based neurosurgical corporation.

Mr. Valenti also practiced at the Sacramento-based law firms of Porter Scott and Radoslovich Krogh where he gained significant litigation experience in the fields of construction defect, employment, business and corporate law.

In 2014, Mr. Valenti served as Special Deputy District Attorney in and for Glenn County where he prosecuted a criminal case and received a favorable verdict on behalf of the Glenn County District Attorney's office.


Mr. Valenti was part of the inaugural graduating class at the newly-constructed University of California campus in Merced. In 2009, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from UC Merced.

Mr. Valenti earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012. He received concentrations in both intellectual property and business law.

Mr. Valenti enjoys the outdoors and is an avid snowboarder and hunter. His other interests include professional sports, international travel, and politics.
