Practice Focus
Grant’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including class actions, primarily in matters involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). He is also involved in the firm’s appellate practice.
Professional History
Prior to joining Ellis Law Group LLP, Grant was an associate attorney in a small El Dorado Hills law firm representing plaintiffs in personal injury and civil rights cases.
Before his admission to the California State Bar, Grant was a law clerk at Ellis Law Group LLP. He also represented entrepreneurs and small business developers as a member of the Business and Community Development Clinic at McGeorge School of Law.
Education
Grant graduated from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY, in 2004 with a double major in English and Political Science.
He received the degree of Juris Doctor in 2007 from McGeorge School of Law, University of The Pacific.
