In February 2024, after 12 years of litigation, s class action case finally resolved after trial in the Alameda County Superior Court.  Trial attorneys Mark E. Ellis and Lawrence K. Iglesias  achieved a complete victory against a certified class.  The Court found in favor of our client Defendant, finding no violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law (Business & Professions Code § 17200 et seq.) and it dismissed the action.   The Court’s final statement of decision found that Plaintiff and the class had each failed to carry their burden of establishing any claim for relief against our client.
